Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Mount Prospect, IL. The apartment building is located at Dempster and Elmhurst. The residence features air conditioning, carpet, parking, laundry, dishwasher. Your room is unfurnished but it features phone jack, cable TV jack, private closet. Your rent is $550.00. The rent includes gas, heat, electricity, water, garbage, basic cable and DSL internet. Signing a lease is required. The move-in costs are the first months rent and a security deposit equal to one months rent with a credit check or two months without a credit check.
